Description

You can this for lunch or dinner or even breakfast. This is all in one meal, you have the carbs and protein. However, you can pair this with your favorite meat. It is very colorful and fragrant. A must try!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 15 medium shrimp or more (peeled, deveined, leave the tail on)
  • 3 cups pepper cooked rice taste (Im using Jasmine rice)
  • 2 tablespoons soysauce
  • 12 basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Add butter in a preheated pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add the shrimp and fry until it changes color.  Season with pepper and mix.

  3. Add the cooked rice in, and toss until the rice is heated through. 

  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir until well combined. 

  5. Lastly, toss in basil leaves. Enjoy!
