I love chicken recipes, but they have to be quick, easy, and delicious. After coming home on a Wednesday night, that's just what I wanted.
I had the hankering for something sweet and spicy, however. So, I went to work and grabbed some seasoning and a few other ingredients from my pantry. The little effort was well worth the outcome.[wpinsertshortcodead id="pgypi60b189d6e468e"]

Add the chicken and all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix until the chicken is coated and the seasoning is well combined.
Lay the thighs out evenly on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Make sure there is some space between each piece of chicken.
Place in a 425 degree F or 220 C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. If you want them really browned, broil for an additional 5 or 10 minutes.
Plate and garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, or cilantro.

As I always say, adjust the seasoning according to your liking.
I use boneless skinless thighs, but you can use skin on and bone in if you wish. Just remember that they take longer to cook, so adjust cooking time accordingly.
