Add the ground beef to a pan over medium high heat. Break up and fry until cooked through and browned. Push the beef to one side of the pan and add in the onion and garlic. Stir and sauté until fragrant. Add in the bell peppers and stir until they begin to soften. Put the corn in and stir once again.

Add in the BBQ sauce, ketchup, sugar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Mix once again. Allow it to simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Add in the cheese and mix until well incorporated.
