- 1 Pound of ground beef
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 Green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 Can of sweet corn
- 3 Tbsp of BBQ sauce (I use Stubbs.)
- 2 Tbsp of ketchup
- 1 - 2 Tsp of brown sugar
- 1 Tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tsp of salt
- 1 Tsp of ground black pepper
- 1 Tsp of hot sauce (I use Frank's.)
- 1 Cup of Tex Mex Cheese
