Making cupcakes is a great way to use up some of your leftover ingredients, and these Cream Cheese Cupcakes are no exception! They're fluffy and moist, and sure to please! If you're looking for a delicious and simple cupcake recipe, then these Easy Cream Cheese Cupcakes are perfect for you!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cups crushed graham crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add the crush graham crackers and melted butter to a mixing bowl. Using a spoon, mix into a wet sandy mixture forms.

  2. Line the bottom of a muffin tray with muffin cups. Place a spoonful of each mixture into each cup. Using an object about the same diameter is the cup, press the mixture down until a smooth base forms.

  3. Add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to a separate mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon, hand mixer, or stand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture over top of the graham base in each muffin cup. Smooth the top out.

  5. You can go ahead and serve these as it is, but it's best to place them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to set.

  6. Serving enjoy your 20 minute no bake cream cheese cupcakes!
