Our tomato egg drop soup is the ultimate comfort food. It’s fantastic in the winter time, but you can make and enjoy it any time of the year. I find it’s absolutely lovely with a homemade bun or a piece of homemade bread. It goes really nicely with sandwiches too.
Of course you can alter the ingredients according to your liking. For example add some noodles, garlic, etc. It makes a great lunch with, as I said, a sandwich. Oh, I forgot to mention how nicely it goes with grilled cheese which we have many recipes for.
Without the word of a lie, your family and friends will go crazy over it.

Note
There is nothing better on a cool day than a bowl of soup. Tomato egg drop soup is one of my all time favourites. It is Asian in origin, but certainly suits American and European cultures just fine. I like my soup served up with some homemade bread or buns.
