  • 4 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 medium green onions, roughly cut
  • 1 medium Medium jalapeño, deseeded
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 medium can a petite diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white granulated pepper
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl of a blender, pulse for about 10 - 15 seconds.
