Once fried, the combination is simply divine. You can have them them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded veggies (combination of, carrots, cabbage, kale etc.)
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl.  Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. 

  2. Scoop about a tablespoonful of mixture and fry in hot oil until crispy golden brown on both sides.

  3. Serve hot and enjoy!
