  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the chicken it and fry until cooked through and browned. Set it aside on a plate.Β 

  2. Add the remaining oil to the same pan. Add in the mushrooms and bell pepper. Stir and saute for a few minutes until the mushrooms change color and the bell pepper begins to soften. Push everything to one side of the pan, place the onion and garlic in. Stir and saute until fragrant. Mix everything together. Add in the spinach. Stir and fry until it begins to wilt.Β 

  3. Pour the table cream in and stir. Add in the cheese and stir until it melts. Place the chicken in and spread the bacon over the top. If any juices remain on the plate from the chicken, pour it in too. Spoon some of the sauce over being careful not to cover the bacon too much.Β
