Baked Potato Wedges

baked potato wedges
There is nothing more I love than a good potato wedge. French fries are great, but there is just something about that thick crunchy wedge that is so appetizing. Our homemade baked potato wedges are just that. They are easy and simple to make and so delicious. Spiced to perfection with parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, parmesan, and pepper, they are simply to die for. I serve mine up with a mayo dijon dip. Ketchup or sour cream makes an excellent dip as well. Give them a try and let us know what you think.
