Baked potato wedges are a simple combination of fresh potatoes spiced with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and other spices. Served up with your favourite dipping sauce, they will be the talk of the town.

Cut the potatoes in half and cut them in half again. Then, cut them into fairly thick wedges and place them in a bowl.
Add in the olive oil, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, parmesan, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are completely coated with the spices.
Place the wedges onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper skin side down.
Place into a 375 degree F 190 C preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown.
Remove the wedges from the oven and garnish with parsley. Serve with your favourite sauce. Enjoy your baked potatoes wedges.
