- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

- 1/2 medium lime, juiced
For the Chicken
- 6 medium chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- 3 clove chopped garlic
- 1 medium thumb-size ginger, chopped
