Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • 1 pound learn ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 large green onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
Instructions
  1. Add the eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and milk to a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Set aside. 

  2. Add oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ground beef in, break up, and fry until browned. 

  3. Add in the onions and garlic. Stir until combined and the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant. Add in the spinach. Stir and fry until the spinach is wilted and cooked. 

  4. Put the beef mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk until well combined. 

  5. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Add the mixture in. 

  6. Place in a 370 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 

  7. Garnish with green onions. Allow it to cool and set for a few minutes. Slice and serve. 

  8. Enjoy your ground beef and eggs.
