This garlic bread recipe is perhaps one of the best I've ever made. The recipe consists of a simple combination of ciabatta bread, a garlic butter mixture, and basil. The outcome is simply spectacular.

Lay the ciabatta bread out on a flat surface.
In a small mixing bowl, add in the butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. Using a fork or other utensil, cream the ingredients together until well combined.
Add a generous application of the garlic butter to each piece of ciabatta and smooth out. Add another layer of mozzarella generously. Garnish with basil.
Place the bread on a baking try lined with parchment paper and bake at 374 F or 190 C for 10 or 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
Serve and enjoy your ciabatta garlic bread

I always use a good quality mozzarella as it makes all the difference in the world. You can add other ingredients to the butter mixture depending on your taste. More garlic can be added as well.
