Ingredients
  • 4 medium hot Italian sausages, skins removed
  • 1 3/4 cup Biscuit
  • 3 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (Use dried if you wish.)
Instructions
  1. Add the sausage, biscuit, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and parsley to a mixing bowl. Using your hands or a spoon, mix until well combined. You might have to mix for a while to get the texture desired.

  2. Grab up a handful of the mixture (you can use a ice cream scooper if you wish) and place it into the palm of your hand. Form it into a ball and set it aside on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat the process for the rest of the mixture.

  3. Place into a 350 degree F preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy your sausage balls.
