Detox infused water is packed with health benefits and super easy to make. As mentioned earlier, the lemon and lime help your body fight infection, cleanse your kidneys, reduce inflammation, and prevent bloating. The cucumber helps your skin and lowers your blood pressure.

  • 1 medium lime, sliced into 5 slices
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into 5 slices
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into 10 slices with peel
  • 15 large ice cubes
  • 24-32 ounces of water
  1. Add the lemon, lime, and cucumber to a pitcher and fill with water. Place a top on and allow it to chill. 

  2. Serve and enjoy your lemon, lime, and cucumber detox water.

This can be made with sparkling water too. I prefer the best water I can find. Check your local store or pick up some glacier water. Fresh fruits are the best. In a pinch concentrated can be used.
