Easy Air Fried Cinnamon Rolls (Ultima Cosa Air Fryer)

easycinnamonrolls
We made these easy cinnamon rolls in 30 minutes using the state of the art Ultimate Cosa Air Fryer. The fryer is promoted by Eva Groups. I have to admit that the taste and texture of the rolls was out of this world. Who would have thought that baking in an air fryer could produce a fluffy, moist, and tasty outcome. However, the Cosa air fryer pulled through. We made the cinnamon rolls with a simple glaze that yielded the perfect viscosity and sweetness using only 3 ingredients. The recipe itself came in a booklet provided with the fryer.

Ingredients
    For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 medium 8 oz tube of crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour for dusting
  • For the Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment paper and spread some melted butter over the top.

  2. In a medium bowl, Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Lightly flour a surface. Roll out the crescent rolls and pinch the seams together. Fold in half. Roll out into a 9" by 7" rectangle.

  4. Spread the butter mixture over the dough and leave about a 1/4 inch border around the edges.

  5. Starting at the long edge, roll up the dough like a jelly roll, then cut it crosswise into 6 pieces.

  6. Arrange the pieces in the air fryer leaving some space between each roll.

  7. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F or 180 C. and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

  8. To make the glaze, whisk the cheese, powdered sugar, and milk together. Add a bit more milk if it seems too thick.

  9. Remove the rolls from the air fryer and spread the glaze over the top.

  10. Serve warm and enjoy your cinnamon rolls.
