Description

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Penne pasta
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 20 medium shrimp (cooked, peeled)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • pepper flakes
  • 15 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • Parmesan cheese (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
  1. Boil pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. 

  2. Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant. 

  3. Add in shrimps and stir for 2 minutes.

    If you are using uncooked shrimp, you may cook them until changes color to pink.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and hot pepper flakes. Add in tomatoes. Stir for a couple of minutes. 

  5. Toss in cooked pasta until heated through. 

  6. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
