Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
The great thing is it is fast and east to make and no sauce is required. In light of that, it makes a great midweek meal. Believe me, the entire family will love it. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
Boil pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add in shrimps and stir for 2 minutes.If you are using uncooked shrimp, you may cook them until changes color to pink.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and hot pepper flakes. Add in tomatoes. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Toss in cooked pasta until heated through.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
