Ingredients
    For the Meatballs
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup long grain rice
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Making the Sauce
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients for the meatballs to a mixing bowl. Using your hands or a spoon, mix until well combined. 

  2. Scoop up a handful of the mixture and place it in the palm of your hand. Form it into a ball and place it in a preferred baking dish. Repeat this for the remaining mixture. 

  3. Pour all of the ingredients for the sauce into a large measuring cup or bowl. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture over the meatballs. 

  4. Place into a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes. 

  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven, garnish with parsley, severe, and enjoy.
