Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl followed by the Worcestershire sauce, egg, garlic powder, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Grab some ground bee (enough for a meatball), place it into the palm of your hand, and form it into a ball. Set the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees F or 180 C for about 30 minutes. They can also be fried.
To make the sauce, combined the cooking wine, soy sauce, marin, water, sugar, and corn starch to a measuring cup. Mix until well combined.
Add the sauce to a pan over medium heat and bring it to a boil while stirring and the sauce begins to thicken.
Place the meatballs into the sauce, swirl and toss until they are well coated.
Plate, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy your saucy teriyaki meatballs.

You can always alter the ingredients. For example, you can use ground pork or chicken, I just prefer beef. We use garlic powder but fresh garlic can be used as well. Onion powder would work okay too.
