For marinate:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts strips
- 1 tbs oil 2 tbs fish sauce
- 2 tbs. Minced garlic
- 1 tbs. Soy sauce
- 2 tbs. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp.pepper
- 1/2 tsp.turmeric
- 1 tbs.massaman curry paste ( you can buy from thai shop)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
For Peanut Sauce:
- 1 tsp. Massaman curry paste
- 2 tbs.fish sauce
- 3 tablespoon tamarind juice
- 3 tbs.creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbs.sugar
- 1 tsp.paprika
- 1 tsp.garlic powder
- Crushed peanut
For Cucumber sauce:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Chopped thai chillies
- Diced cucumbers
- Diced red onions

- Marinate chicken with marinating ingredients for at least an hour.
- Combine the ingredients for peanut sauce.
- Combine the ingredients for cucumber sauce.
- Soak the skewers for about half an hour. Arrange chicken into skewers.
- Grilled the chicken until fully cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
