Homemade Rocky Road Ice Cream
Homemade rocky road ice cream is made with a combination of condensed milk, cocoa, heavy cream, walnuts, and marshmallows. We freeze this delicious treat and serve it up. How much simpler does it get.
Add the condensed milk and cocoa to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Set it aside.
In a different bowl, add the whipping cream in. Beat until soft peaks form. This will take about 6 or 7 minutes.
Add half the cream into the chocolate mixture. Using a spatula, fold until incorporated. Put the second half in and fold once again.
Put the chocolate chips, walnuts, and marshmallows in. Fold until well incorporated.
Transfer the content into an ice cream container or any sealable container. Place in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours or until frozen.
Scoop up the ice cream and place into a bowl or cone. Enjoy your homemade rocky road ice cream.
