Ham and eggs sandwiches are simple to prepare and delicious. I enjoy them served up for lunch with a bowl of soup. They also make a nice breakfast sandwich, as well.
I just want to add a few suggestions. I find that the spices in this recipe create a nice blend. You can, however, be creative and add some of your own. I use Kraft realΒ mayonnaise because I simply enjoy the taste. You can use your favoriteΒ mayonnaise, however. Just about any kind of cooked ham can be used. Just be sure it’s not too salty. Toasted white bread also seems to work the best.

- Put the eggs in a pot, fill it with cold water, and put the lid on. Bring it to a full boil. Turn off the heat and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water, with the lid still on, for 20 minutes. Remove the eggs from the water and peel the shells off of them.
- Chop the eggs up finely and add them to a mixing bowl. Add in the ham, parsley,Β mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Using a spoon, mix until everything is well combined.
- Put the mixture between two pieces of toasted white bread and serve. Enjoy you ham and egg sandwich.
