Strawberry Kiwi infused water is refreshing and healthy. The concept of infused or detox water is somewhat novel. It simply combines the concepts of fresh fruits and berries with vitamins and hydration. Of course, the outcome is incredibly healthy. The list of combinations and benefits is long. In short strawberry kiwi detox water helps your cardiovascular health, protects your immune system, regulates your blood sugar, and helps with digestion.
There are some tips to making the infused water perfect. First, ensure that the strawberries are as fresh as possible. You don’t want them under or overripe as they tend to lose their nutritional value. The same applies to the kiwi. They also become mushy and color the water strangely if they are too ripe. I leave the skins on the kiwi as they tend to become mushy if you peel them. The skins also contain vitamin C and fiber. Β Although you can drink the water immediately, you should let it chill in the fridge for at least two hours for maximum flavor. Leaving it chill overnight will yield maximum benefits. You can refill the just 3 or 4 times using the same fruit, but I wouldn’t do this for any more than 24 hours.
