No bake banana peanut butter cookies are simple and easy make. The great thing is they only involve 4 ingredients. You can alter the amount according to your liking. For example, if you want them a little sweeter, you can add a little more honey. If you want a drier cookie, add a few more oats. I always put the cookie balls in the fridge for a few hours as they are so much nicer chilled. Be sure to microwave your peanut butter for about 30 seconds. It will be so much easier to work with.

- 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 mashed banana
- pinch of salt
- Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a spatula or spoon to mix them.
- Scoop up a heaping tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place them in the fridge and chill them for a few hours.
- Serve and enjoy your no bake banana peanut butter cookie balls.
