  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt and pepper. Mix using hands or a wooden spoon until well combined.
Scoop the mixture and shape into a burger patty. The size and thickness of the patties is according to your preferences. You can wrap it in plastic and set aside in the freezer if your not ready to use them.
  2. Place burger patties in a preheated pan. Fry for at least 1 1/2 – 2 minutes on each side or until light brown. Set aside on  a platter lined with a paper towel. You can also cook them on an outside grill, as well.
  3. To make the mushroom gravy. Place the chopped button mushrooms in a preheated pan. Add some salt in and let them sweat until edges are light brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. When mushroom are light brown, add the butter in. Allow it to melt. Add in the all purpose flour and  whisk continuously for until flour is dissolved well.
  5. Pour in beef stock half at a time and whisk until smooth and well dissolved. Add the remaining half  and whisk again until smooth, lump free, and slightly thickened.
  6. Place the burger patty on a serving platter. Pour in mushroom gravy over. Serve and enjoy!
