Description

I use boneless chops, but you can try bone in, you just have to increase the baking time accordingly. Give them a try and let us know what you think.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F or 177 C.

  2. Place the chops on a baking pan.

  3. Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper to a bowel. Mix until they are well combined.

  4. Pour the sauce over the chops. You will have more than you need but the rest can be used on potatoes or rice.

  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.

  6. Let them rest for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy your baked brown sugar pork chops.
