I’ve always been fond of chicken salad sandwiches. First of all because I’m a chicken lover. Secondly, there is nothing nicer than that rich creamy texture on a sandwich. There are, of course, a few prerequisites to the sandwich and our chicken salad meets them all.
Our chicken mayo sandwich is the ultimate combination. Made with a blend of spices, chicken, and mayo, it is out of this world. I always use white meat which is a must for me.

Chicken and may sandwich is a simple combination of shredded chicken, mayo, salt, pepper, onion, and lettuce. It's a three layer sandwich. I serve mine up on white bread, but you can use the bread of your choice.
