I love pizza but often don’t like to go through the hassle of making the dough, etc. I have had pizza on plain bread, buns, and bagels in the past, but they just don’t seem to make the mark. Then, I thought of the idea of creating my pizza on ciabatta bread. It’s an Italian bread that was developed in response to the popularity of French breads. It’s also a bread I love. Believe me, the outcome was incredible.

Note
In this recipe, I've simple added the basics to the pizza. You can certainly add additional ingredients if you wish. For example, olives, onions, ham, etc. would certainly not go amiss. Also pizza sauce or homemade marinara sauce can be used.
