I love simple recipes. I mean short, quick, yummy recipes. This cinnamon bagel recipe is indeed this. I love the bagel chips with some overnight oats. What a wonderful combination.
Lay the finely sliced bagels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the butter over the top of each bagel. Sprinkle on the ground cinnamon, sugar, and almonds.
Place into a 400 degree F or 200 C preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your cinnamon sugar bagel chips.
