Smoothies are always healthy and a great source of fibre, protein, etc. They are also fantastic for diets. In this recipe, we feature three different smoothies: a carrot/apple, a kale/banana, and a coffee mocha. Each have their own unique flavours and characteristics. I have suggested three different ones are you can vary them throughout the week.
There are a few variations you can make to these. For example, we use honey in most of the drinks as it is healthier, but you can use sugar depending on how diet conscious you are. You can also have the smoothies unsweetened.
The amount of each ingredient depends on your choosing too. The amounts outlined in the in this recipe are only suggestions, so feel free to alter them accordingly.
Read the recipe, give our smoothies a try, and let us know what you think.
