  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Rub into the chicken.

  3. In the same pan add in the onion and garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add in in the flour and paprika. Stir until incorporated and a roux forms. Pour in the tomato sauce and half the water. Stir until combined. Add in the other half of the water and stir once again. Pour in the cream and stir.Β 

  4. Add the chicken in and spoon sauce over the top. Place a lid on and reduce the heat to medium. Allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. Serve over tomatoes or rice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy your paprika tomato chicken!
