I remember visiting Florida. If course, you can’t be there without having a piece of key lime pie. I walked into a little eatery on a hot day and notice a key lime milkshake on the menu.I thought if it was as good as the pie, it has to be worth a shot. I had it a try. Oh my goodness, it was so good. Being the curious creature that I am, I had to give it a try when I got back home. The result was incredible.

Serve it to your guests and they will love it. I love mine severed up with some whipped cream and Graham crackers. Of course, you can alter some of the ingredients according to your taste.

Add the ice cream, lime zest, lime juice,milk, sugar, ice, and food colouring to a blender. Pulse until well combined.
