Detox Infused Water – Lemon, Lime, and Cucuber

It was a hot day in August and I needed something to drink. I knew I had drank too many liquids laced with sugar, so I wanted something healthy. I sat back and thought that lemon water is always good, but what if I could spruce it up a bit. After doing a bit of research I developed the idea of lemon detox water. I didn’t stop at lemon, however. I went as far as lemon, lime, and cucumber. The outcome was phenomenal. It was one of the nicest drinks I have ever had. The fantastic thing is, it’s not only good, but packed with benefits.

Lemon, lime, and cucumber infused (detox) water is easy and healthy. The lemon and lime help your body fight infection, cleanse your kidneys, reduce inflammation, and prevent bloating. The cucumber helps your skin and lowers your blood pressure. The best thing is that it’s really tasty. What a great way to get your required water intake every day and enjoy it. Watch the video and give it a try.

This can be made with sparkling water too. I prefer the best water I can find. Check your local store or pick up some glacier water. Fresh fruits are the best. In a pinch concentrated can be used.
