To Make the Crepes:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- butter for coating
For the Filling of One Crepe:
- 2 tbsp of Nutella
- 2 tbsp of crushed walnuts
- 1/2 of a banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tsp of confectioners sugar

- Add the eggs, oil, milk, and flour to a mixing bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump free.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Swirl some butter around the bottom of the pan until it’s completely covered. Add in 1/2 cup of the crepe mixture. Allow it to cook for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes until it’s firm and changes color. Remove it from the pan and set it aside on a plate. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture.
- Place the Nutella in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds to make it more spreadable.
- Spread the Nutella over 1/2 of the crepe followed by the banana and walnuts. Fold the bare side over it. Then, fold it in half again so it resembles a triangle. Dust the crepe with confectioners sugar and drizzle the maple syrup over it.
