I love peaches and I love chicken. In light of this, there is no better combination than peach glazed chicken. I decided to make up the recipe and it was superb. I have to say that is just as good as any dish you would have in a restaurant. And believe me, I have had many restaurant chicken dishes. There is just something unexplainable about that peach glaze that hits the palate in multiple directions.
Peach Glazed Chicken Breasts
Description
Peach glazed chicken breasts simply involve an easy combination of spices and peach jam. I usually do mine on the grill, buy they can be done on the oven too. They make a fantastic midweek meal.

Make the sauce by combining all the above ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Drizzle the breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Do this on both sides.

Cook the breast on the grill or oven for six to seven minutes on each side.

Baste with the sauce frequently.

Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and roast.
