Add the egg noodles to a pot of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender, rinse, and set aside.

Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ground beef in and fry until browned and cooked through. Push to beef to one side of the pan and add in the onion and garlic. Stir and saute for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms to the ground beef. Stir and fry for a few minutes until slightly browned and they begin to release water. Season with salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and oregano. Stir and fry until well combined.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Once again, stir until well incorporated. Add in the flour and continue to stir. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.

Add the sour cream in while stirring.
