Add the chicken stock, milk, and flour to a measuring cup. Wisk till well combined. Set aside for a few moments.

Add the butter to a cast-iron skillet over medium high heat and allow it to melt down. Place in the onion and garlic. Stir and sautΓ© until fragrant.

Pour the broth mixture in and stir over medium heat until it thickens. Add in the chicken, vegetables, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir until well combined.Β

Crack the tube of biscuits open and place them over top of the mixture. I place them in whole but you can also cut them in half or quarters.

Place the pan into a 400Β°F or 200Β°C preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the biscuits are baked.
