  1. Mix Tuna with cheese, breadcrumbs, onions, egg, miracle whip, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 

  2. Scoop about 1 hipping tablespoon of mixture using an ice cream scoop. Shape into a balls in the palm of your hands. Dredge in breadcrumbs, Set aside.

  3. Chill in the fridge for about an hour.

  4. Coat with beaten eggs then coat again with breadcrumbs. 

  5. Fry in hot oil until crispy golden brown. Enjoy!
