  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Season pork with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Combine eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.Β 

  4. Combine breadcrumbs with parmesan in a mixing bowl.Β 

  5. Dip porkchops in egg mixture. Then coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside in a baking pan with a wire rack.Β 

    You can also use parchment paper instead of wire rack.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter over the top of each chops.Β 

  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.Β
