Parmesan crusted pork chops are a simple, yet delicious, combination of pork chops coated with an egg mixture, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. When baked and served, they are out of this world.

Of course you can alter any of the ingredients according to your taste. For example, I use Italian bread crumbs, but you can use the bread crumbs of your choice. You could also add a bit of garlic, etc. Give the recipe a try and let us know what you think.



Off On

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Season pork with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Combine eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. 

  4. Combine breadcrumbs with parmesan in a mixing bowl. 

  5. Dip porkchops in egg mixture. Then coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside in a baking pan with a wire rack. 

    You can also use parchment paper instead of wire rack.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter over the top of each chops. 

  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
