Potatoes gratin is a delicious combination of the potatoes of your choice, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, butter, and cheese.

Description

Of course, you can alter the ingredients according to your taste. For example, I use sharp cheddar but feel free to add your favorite cheese. Just ensure you slice the potatoes fairly thin. Also, use the garnish of your choice. As always, let us know what you think.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 

  2. Arrange potatoes into a casserole dish or baking dish. 

  3. Pour in cream. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. 

  4. Add some melted butter and top with grated cheese. 

  5. Cover with an aluminum foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake uncover for additional 15 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy.
