  1. Add the flour to a bowl or container and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper flakes. Mix until well combined. 

  2. Add the eggs and milk to a second container. Using a fork, mix until frothy and well combined. 

  3. Place the Doritos in a food processor and pulse until broken up. If you don't have a food processor, put them in a bag and pound them. Place the Doritos in a third container. 

  4. Dredge the chicken in the flour until completely covered. Then, in the egg mixture until well coated. Lastly in the Doritos. Also make sure they are covered well. Set them aside on a baking tray. 

  5. Place in a 375 degree F or 190 C preheated oven for 25 minutes. 

  6. Garnish with green onions, serve, and enjoy your Doritos coated chicken strips.
