There are a few tips to making these tasty little devils. I like using cheddar cheese, but you can use your favorite. If you want them less hot, remove more of the seeds from the chilies.

Ingredients
- 10-12 jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut a slit the jalapenos lengthwise. Than, cut a small slit below the stem forming a”T” cut. Remove the seeds, depending how hot you like them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, at room temperature, cheddar cheese, and peppers. Scoop the mixture in and make sure each jalapeno is packed firmly.
- Dip the poppers into the bowl of milk. Next, roll them into the flour, and then back into milk again. After that, coat them into the breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry poppers on batches into 350 preheated vegetable oil for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside and serve with ranch dressing or condiments of your choice. Enjoy.
