This 15 minute adobo is simply the best. Whoever would’ve thought that something so delicious can be made so quickly and so easily. All you need to make this incredible adobo some pork, soy sauce, pepper, jalapeños, garlic, onions, and a few other simple ingredients. Believe me, the result is heavenly. Due to its simplicity, it makes a great midweek meal or even a quick snack. Don’t forget to serve it up over a bed of steaming hot rice.

15 Minute Adobo
Description
I love Filipino food and adobo is one of the best. The great thing about this adobo is you can make it up in 15 minutes. What more can be said than simple, easy, and delicious. Serve it up over a bed of hot steaming rice in your off to the races. Believe me, this adobo is a must try.

Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the pork in. Stir in fry until cooked through and browned.

Adding the garlic and onions. Stir and sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

Add in the soy sauce, bay leaves, vinegar, sugar, jalapeños, water, and pepper. Place a lid on and bring to a boil.

After a boil, stir, reduce the heat to medium low, place the lid back on, and allow it to simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve your 15 minute adorable over a bed of steaming hot rice and enjoy!

I use pork loin as you can usually get it on sale. But, by all means, use the card of your choice or whatever is on sale.
To make extra sauce, simply add more water. I often do this as I like the sauce over rice.
