  1. Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ham in and fry until heated through and browned.Β

  2. Add in the eggs, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Scramble and fry the eggs together with the ham. Set aside in a bowl.Β

  3. Break open the biscuit containers. Flour a surface. Place two of the biscuits on and roll out to a diameter of about 4 or 5 inches. Place 2 tablespoons of the ham and egg mixture into the centre followed by a good pinch of cheese. Fold each edge toward the middle and pinch together. You want a round/oval shape.

  4. Add the other egg to a small bowl and beat until a bit frothy. Brush the egg wash over top of the ham and egg biscuit.Β

  5. Place the biscuits into a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for 20 minutes.Β

  6. Serve and enjoy your lazy day ham cheese and egg biscuits.Β

Note

  1. Biscuits: Use flaky and buttery biscuits to complement the savory flavors of the ham, cheese, and egg. As suggested, you can use pre-made ones from the store.

  2. Ham: Use high-quality ham for the best flavor. You can use deli ham or cook a ham steak and slice it thinly.

  3. Cheese: Use your favorite cheese for this recipe. Cheddar, Swiss, and Gouda all work well. You can shred the cheese or use sliced cheese.

  4. Seasoning: Add seasoning of your choice, such as salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika, for extra flavor.
  5. Variations: You can customize this recipe by adding other ingredients, such as bacon, sausage, avocado, tomato, or spinach. You can also use different types of bread, such as English muffins or croissants, instead of biscuits.

  6. Serving: Serve the ham, cheese, and egg biscuit warm, with some fruit or hash browns on the side for a complete breakfast or brunch.
