  1. Add the potatoes to a pot of water and boil for about 15 minutes until fork tender.Β 

  2. While the potatoes are boiling, add the ground beef to a bowl, followed by the salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, flavor explosion, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

  3. Drain the potatoes and add in the butter, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and basil. Mash until smooth and creamy.Β 

  4. Add the potato mixture to a 9 by 13 casserole dish and smooth out evenly. Pour the tomato sauce over the top, followed by the Italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Set aside.Β 

  5. Scoop up a handful of the mixture (also you can use the method described in the video) and form it into a meatball. Place the meatballs over the tomato sauce in the casserole dish.Β 

  6. Place in a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.Β 

  7. Remove the casserole from the oven and spread the cheese and basil over the top. Place back in the oven for an additional !0 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  8. Serve and enjoy your no regret meatball over mashed casserole.Β
